I noticed that when you multiply a number by 9, the sum of the digits in the answer is also 9 (except when multiplying by 0). Examples: 1x9 = 9 and 9 = 9. 2x9 = 18 and 1+8 = 9. 3x9 = 27 and 2+7 = 9. 4x9 = 36 and 3+6 = 9.
